　　Lei feng is a symbol of doing good. And i think the spirit of Leifeng will be never out of fashion. Because it stand for positive energy,which we often say in nowadays. It has a guiding significance for our life and work, just as he say:love whatever you are engaged in.we as a teacher should also have this kind of attitude toward our work the spirit of arduous struggle.Secondly: we should look on his spirit dialectically.the essence of his spirit is to advocate selfless devotion,however, in reality, reasonable salary should be taken into consideration in order to improve the work proficiency and peoples’motivation. Thirdly, we should take a developmental view of his spirit.and give new meaning to the concept. As for me, i think i have put this theory into practice.
