　　1、面試必要環節，簡單自我介紹和父母的介紹

　　有時用英文對自己英文老師的介紹

　　(中英文一般都有，看面試老師喜好了)

　　其實這一點，我想給所有的家長和孩子們提個醒：這個不光是在面試，就是在陌生人互相認識交朋友的時候都必須要用到的環節，這個其實是可以事先準備的，我想不同場合，自我介紹側重的點是不一樣的，可以準備幾個不同的版本進行預備。

　　比如在此次重點中學面試中，我覺得比較要強調的應該還是學習和成績方面的東西。在說的時候，成績是可以隨意帶過的，說清楚在何時何地得到過什么獎項就可以，其中面試官更想聽到的是你如何取得這些成績，中間受到的激勵和挫折及它們對你的影響，這些東西才是更重要的。

　　重點中學選拔的不一定是現在學習好的同學，但一定是以后能夠學習好的同學，你以后為什么能學習好，就是通過這些來展現，磨練，刻苦，堅持，踏實。學校看中的是你品質，當然品質要通過一定的成績體現出來，你要做的就是把隱藏在成績后面的品質自我挖掘出來。

　　2、介紹自己的優缺點。(一般是中文)

　　我想也是逢面必問的一個問題，一個人最難做到的就是清楚的認識自己，隨時隨刻審視自己的優缺點能夠幫助自己在任何的時刻都保

　　保持一個冷靜的心態，不會隨波逐流，一直保持向上的進取之心。

　　回答這個問題的時候，我想強調的是，首先，優缺點要明確，這個不要像官僚主義一 樣，讓你說自己缺點，你說一些什么，自己做事太認真之類的更像是優點的東西。缺點就是缺點，優點就是優點，面試官想認識你，而不是認識虛偽的你。缺點是什 么不重要，重要的是你能不能正確看待。

　　其次，優缺點一定要有一定的高度，不要說一些瑣碎的事情，亂丟東西之類的東西就不要說了。優點突出的是你的品質，缺點突出的是改正之后對你品質有幫助的。

　　最后，羅列不要太多，每一個3條最合適，最多不要超過四條，否則就是沒有重點的羅列，說得太多等于沒說。

　　3、你班上有沒有比你優秀的同學，你怎么看待他們，你和他們關系處理得好嗎?(一般是中文)

　　這點實際上是考察同學的一個對待高于自己和低于自己的同學的一個心態，是積極的還是消極的。

　　首先回答的主旋律應該是謙虛的，當然實事求是最好。重點是在你對他們優秀之處的一個闡述，和前面一樣，必須是品質性的東西，不要瑣碎。

　　后面問的是你和他們的相處，其實重點是你和他們相處的時候，你有沒有隨時隨地在學習這些優秀的但是你自己可能不具備的品質。

　　如果你保持著一種學習的態度，那么你們肯定能很融洽的相處，如果你抱持的是一種無所謂，甚至是鄙視，嫉妒的態度，那么，肯定是不會有好的人際關系的，這 在優秀的學校當中尤其重要。因為人外有人，當優秀聚在一起，你可能沒有那么的耀眼，甚至變得平凡，你是否能夠適應這種改變，自信而謙虛是兩種重要的人格品質。

　　4、你認為你的爸爸和媽媽是一個什么樣的人，他們對你有什么樣的影響?(一般是中文)

　　之前已經強調家庭的重要性，所以這也是很有意義的一個題目。

　　這個地方我想強調一下，什么樣的人方面要加強內容的豐富。我對學生的建議是可以結合父母職業的不同簡單分析性格特點，對小孩的教育模式特點，民主性，放任性，管教性，還是溺愛性的教育

　　還有一個地方可以涉及到的就是父母的成長與成功經歷，可以簡單描述，因為當一個小孩對自己父母的經歷有些須的了解之后，其實是可以增加小孩對父母的感情的，進而增加對父母的理解，是會減少小孩和父母的對立情緒的。

　　在影響方面，可以通過事例說明，可以是生活上的照顧，學習上的幫助，更重要的是精神上的教育，品德上的言傳身教每一點有涉及到一些，其實內容就很豐富了。

　　5、父母的問題：你認為你的小孩是一個什么樣的個性?

　　(一般是中文答就可以，去年有的家長用英文回答應該也可以，顯得有很好的語言環境嘛)

　　和學生類似，父母被問同樣的問題的時候：一是測試父母對小孩的關系程度;二是試探家長對小孩的教育模式;三是更進一步了解到學生的全面性格。

　　這里家長要注意幾個問題：首先，以褒為主，以貶為輔。贊美要大膽，不要覺得自賣自夸不好意思。父母對孩子的愛護是世界上最無私的奉獻。父母給的力量一個小孩一輩子都引以為豪的財富。父母放棄的時候，也就是小孩放棄的時候，永遠不要在小孩之前放棄。

　　其次，缺點客觀，重要的是如何克服，不要就事論事，提出缺點一定要進而說明已經采取的措施，已經取得的成效，下一步努力的方向。其實所有的缺點說得更直 白一點是父母慣出來的，解鈴還須系鈴人，父母對小孩的壞習慣負直接責任，敢于承擔起責任，并努力彌補過失是你們要做的。
