我進入__大學，主修機械設計與生產。在這4年的學習中，我努力工作，一直積極參與各種活動。我四次獲得第一筆獎學金，并在學院加入了共產黨。20__年__月畢業后，我在--------公司工作。第一年，我得到了技術部的職位，我參與了幾個互聯網項目，如河南省大學生招生項目和鄭州大學數學系計算機中心項目。由于我的辛勤工作，我獲得了2003年最佳新人獎。第二年，我被調到首席客戶部，負責發展和加強主要客戶與我公司之間的良好關系。河南省交通運輸廳和河南省人事廳兩大客戶都在我的工作中。然而，隨著時間的推移，我經歷的越多，我就越清楚地意識到我對企業管理真的很感興趣。我發現很多企業都存在管理速度與發展速度不匹配的問題。我渴望更多地了解管理，我希望我能在這所大學進一步學習。于是我在__年__月辭職，開始了我的學業。
經過大約半年的努力，我現在終于站在各位尊敬的教授面前了。我真的很興奮.雖然我在追求學習的道路上犧牲了很多，但我相信這是值得的。我相信努力工作最終會被認可值.
